            GROUP TRAINING

 

For those of us that prefer a small group environment without losing the quality of delivery, group training is the way to go.

 

Each group (consisting of 1 coach to 6 exercisers) provides a fantastic motivational, dynamic and enjoyable coaching experience which we believe can be diluted in larger groups.

 

All of our Group Personal Training sessions are designed to be accessible for every type of exerciser from complete beginners’ to experienced individuals. If variation and flexibility within your training programmes of the past has been an issue, we pride ourselves on the wide variety of effective group training formats from Circuits to kettlebells. The sessions can be run mornings or evening and are great way to split costs while still getting the benefits of a personal training session..

            CORPORATE TRAINING

 

Are you busy putting in the hours at work without time to visit the gym?

 

The corporate fitness package is for you!

 

The corporate fitness package provides a health and lifestyle review for you and your staff.

 

Through a Personal Trainer visiting you, this will enable you to exercise with the Trainer or as a group of work colleagues together.

 

The expertise, knowhow and motivation will all be provided for you enabling you to live a healthier lifestyle.

 

The corporate package also includes an individual or staff health and lifestyle review.

This includes analysing individual and staff eating patterns through entering an online food diary, undergoing significant health checks for blood pressure readings, body fat measurements, ideal height and weight ratios and more
